Germany
The shipping costs within Germany are 4,99 EUR per package using DHL or UPS.
For orders with a value over 75,00 EUR standard shipping is free of charge.
Within Germany there’s also the possibility of Express shipping with UPS Express Saver. The costs for that are 11,99 EUR per package.
EU countries except Germany
The shipping costs in all EU countries outside of Germany are 12,99 EUR via UPS or 16,99 EUR via DHL per package.
For orders with a value over 500,00 EUR standard shipping is free of charge.
Some products can’t be shipped using UPS – you’ll only get offered DHL shipping during the ordering process then. We also can’t ship to Islands such as Malta and Cyprus using UPS and will therefore switch to DHL automatically.
The EU countries include:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden,
Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus and Austria.
Worldwide Zone 1
The shipping costs are 19,99 EUR using DHL Standard and 24,99 EUR using UPS Standard.
Worldwide Zone 1 includes:
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Great Britain, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine and Belarus.
The UPS Standard option is available for Norway and Switzerland only.
Worldwide Zone 2
The shipping costs are 59,99 EUR - 599,99 EUR using UPS Express Saver or DHL Express - depending on the weight.
Worldwide Zone 2 includes:
All other countries of the world.
Please note – We can’t ship to Australia, Brasil, Japan and Russia with DHL Express and will therefore switch to DHL Priority. Japan has also the option to switch to UPS Express Saver.
Payment terms
The payment of your order is possible using PayPal, bank transfer, sofort banking or cash on delivery (only for Germany).
If you’re using PayPal, bank transfer or sofort banking for paying the order will be shipped when the payment is finished.
For cash on delivery (only available for Germany) there are additional costs of 7,00 EUR and shipping is only possible with DHL. The payment is due at arrival of the package.
Cash on delivery is available for orders with a value between 20,00 EUR and 1.000,00 EUR.
