Tungsten Steel is not only heavy-duty but also very heavy itself. 
So the screws are made for long-live but will also lower the center of gravity more to the ground if used on the bottom of the car.

 

A standard M3x6mm screw made of steel (used for this example is a XRAY screw) weighs 0.40g.
A M3x6mm screw made of tungsten steel (Arrowmax) weighs 0.70g.
Doesn't sound as much, but used on the whole car in the right places can bring a huge difference.
